The maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel was great, but what made it not a good hotel,for me, was they made charges to my account that weren't valid, they charged me twice for the same thing as well as made additional charges to my account that weren't neccessary, it took a lot of calling back and forth to bank to hotel to get charges removed and refunded, it was a hassel.
