We were on a family trip and I didn't want to stay in downtown Chicago, so I found this to be just the perfect location: close to Lincoln Park (and the Lincoln Park Zoo), with a ton of shops and restaurants nearby, walking distance to the subway ('El') stop, and literally around the corner from the bus stop for buses that go downtown (in just about 20-30min.

10. This hotel was in a perfect location, near enough to Wrigley to walk if you want (we walked, it took about 25 minutes or so), also close to a bus that goes straight there.
