1. I asked why the increase since this was during the middle of the week Tuesday-Thursday and they said anytime a big concert series comes through rates increased to weekend prices.

4. Downtown big city hotels can be very expensive, so I was pleased to find this one with a good rate in comparison.

6. Only down side was parking is expensive ($33 self park which required a walk or $42 valet /day)but I guess that is common for a big city.

10. Having just stayed at another Fairfield Inn in another city and being extremely disappointed, I was a little leary about staying at one in a big city like Chicago but it did not disappoint.
