1. Not so good -- in a room for two people, there were only two of each towel type (washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel); pillows were not very comfortable (I don't think I've ever found hotel pillows I like.

2. good -- very helpful front desk clerk (immediately provided travel crib on request and carried it to the room; had to wait / request multiple times for crib at other hotels during our trip); nice room set up and amenities; good coffee in the lobby (available all day) and good breakfast items in the morning; there are a few conveniences nearby (fast food restaurants and grocery store).
