7. When we went to the front desk to arrange to be moved the front desk manager was very pleasant and gave us a new key on the Starwood Floor which we should've gotten originally.

10. On new Year's Eve we left our room overlooking the man - made lake below our 11th floor window and went to see a friend ring in the new Year with his band and a few friends.
