1. Not sure if it was just our room or the new energy efficient a/c units but it seemed our room could never get cool enough, we had it on 60 most of the time and it was stuffy.

4. The kids actually thought it was cool 'city experience' to see all of the trucks and hear the sirens:) Another 'good to know' is that the hotel is a few blocks from Michigan Avenue, so although you probably could walk, we opted for a cab since it was cold and we had children with us.
