6. The hotel recently introduced very nice new bath amenities (Le Labo 36) which are a definite improvement and almost as nice as the Le Labo 22 at the Park Hyatt DC.

10. The only issues we had were that we had to keep going down to the front desk to get new room keys because they weren't working.
