1. Mine was great, and when my wife couldn't finish hers, I helped - and what struck me the most was how incredibly tender the chunks of beef were.

8. Breakfast was also in the bar from 7-9 am midweek where you could help yourself to cereals, bread to make your own toast, cake (it's america after all) and a chef will knock you up an omelette of your choice.
