1. We had a cot and it had plastic on it like a hospital bed and the springs were practically leaping through the mattress.

2. - The airport has a big hotel sign with a dedicated phone right at the luggage carousel so you can phone for the shuttle once you have your luggage without having to know the number or carry change (which you likely dumped before airport security getting back here)- They were ready and waiting for us upon return and had the keys ready and they drive you to your car in the lot.

4. Hotel is literally across from Syracuse airport's control tower - it almost seemed like the building was an airport building converted to a hotel.

7. I have contacted Best Western about this, and hopefully it will be resolved as I like the proximity to the airport and the inexpensive cost of staying here and do not wish to have to find another hotel to stay when I need to fly out of Syracuse.

9. A hotel located rigth at an airport should be aware that its guests are likely not arriving and departing at standard hours.

10. It felt like a cheap motel and while the relatively low rate of $109 should have been a warning bell, I figured that the Best Western standards would have meant something.
