1. We chose the hotel based on location, reviews and pics, plus better rated hotels near JFK area such as Sheraton and Courtyard are not precisely kid friendly…Outstanding staff, from hotel manager to cleaning lady, they were all friendly and willing to help with any matter.

2. I’m pleased and grateful to the Holiday Inn Express staff, they went above and beyond my expectations, I stayed at this hotel back in November 2009, with my sister and nieces (7 year old and 7 month old baby) they were in transit from South Africa to Mexico and I flu over to JFK to help them.

8. Hotel close to JFK excellent front service very helpful very friendly but the hotel lacked ambience it was like a stopover with no appeal I would hate to stay for more than one night.
