3. You get a safe, clean, air conditioned room with an LCD TV and DVD player and full cable, your own bathroom and fresh towels and a made-up room ever day, right in the East Village, for like, half the price of any other comparable room in the city.

The price is amazing and while yes, it is a more no frills hotel it is always super clean (very important to me-I'll take super clean and a good mattress over a sprawling bathroom with a jacuzii tub any day), comfortable and just what is needed for a restful stay after walking the streets all day and seeing concerts all night.
