1. there is a hot (but not gourmet) free breakfast every morning, free wireless access all over the property, and more importantly for a downtown hotel, free parking (highly unusual and valuable) and the beds are very comfortable and the shower is excellent (in the end, aren't these the most important things?) This is an excellent value for the money and convenience.

2. Due to availability restrictions, I only stayed here one night, but I wished I could have stayed here my whole trip as it was very convenient to the convention center.

5. What I liked: convenient location - 5 mins walk to the convention center & Toyota Center, and 10-15 mins walk to Minute Maid Park as well as most downtown shopping and eating places.
