1. The Tub/shower had some mildew and we noticed for some reason the bathroom was half painted at some point and had spots on the wall where it looked as though fresh paint was used to cover up spots.

2. The baseboards seemed a bit dirty, the light switch in the bathroom was actually grimy, and the entry walls in our bedroom badly needed a fresh coat of paint as they had been scuffed.
