1. At 9 am on the dot, I was greeted at my door by a wonderful, smiling bellman with my freshly laundered clothes (laundry fees comp'd) and an offer to assist with locating and retrieving my bag.

7. The room was spacious, the bed smelled of fresh linen and the bathroom was elegant with the gold trim, the shower was exhilleratingly large with glass enclosure, white thick soft robes and room service was pampering and the meal was mouth-watering delicious.
