4. Beds were magnificently comfortable, we had cable with flatscreen TV, an endless supply of water and a fridge and microwave in room.

The sheets / pillows / comforter didn't smell like cheap detergent, my room still had a new room smell, the shower water got so hot you could boil an egg, the AC unit was new and over sized for the room and ran smooth and sounded new / nice, flat screen tv, new furniture, faux granite counter top in the bathroom, carpet looked new, etc etc etc.
