1. The front desk person first looked at us like we were a major inconvenience to her then said that she didn't know of any where to eat, then went back to what she was doing.

8. The AC was very loud, it didn't bother me but anyone who likes it very quiet would not be able to sleep with it on.

9. When my parents visit, they love staying at the Best Western because the staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are large and clean, and it is strategically located the places they like to go with shuttle service, line The Harbor and Fells Point.
