1. I like the convenience of the hotel location but their maintenance is poor, and I'm not even sure they do anything about it, except offer you a new room.

4. it is also a block away from the new lightrail station that will take you in to downtown Seattle.

5. Clean and newly remodeled.

6. After getting into the new room also I noticed that the Air conditioning was not working, this time I called the front desk again where the manager acted as if I was lying.

8. They offered a pillow menu but when we called about getting some new pillows the selection was poor and employees had no clue about the pillows.

9. Did get locked out of room and it took awhile for someone to respond after 2 calls, but the mgr himself came up apologizing profusely and had new keys.

10. It is safe I think and reasonably clean, however the hotel needs a remodel, new carpets (especially in the halls and common areas).
