2. After a long discussion and refusal to offer anything in return for the inconvenience, the manager (Mallory) offered us free room services throughout the duration of our stay, but it only happened on 1 of the 4 days.

4. Another time, when my daughter asked about the free sports facilities offered at neighboring gyms, the front desk responded with, I don't know- you need to talk to them, even though it was written about in the hotel literature left in the room.
