1. The rooms are basic but they are extremely clean, and the kitchenettes are a big plus.

5. The rooms themselves are nice because they were converted from apartments so there are big closets and even kitchenettes (it's nice it you don't want to eat out a lot.

9. Of course as with any big city, there are street people around and if that bothers you I suggest only staying in the suburbs or staying home.
