1. The lobby area was undergoing renovation and first impressions were that it was 'rough' but our modestly priced room was more like a large suite and we've certainly paid far more for far less elsewhere.

5. Lots of freebies with the stay - free parking (covered), free wifi, free movies on demand (limited), free breakfast (with hot stuff like eggs and waffles), free afternoon cookies, and free fun time with the puffer fish in the lobby.

7. It is walkable distance (if you like to walk) from the Westlake light rail stop from Sea-TAC (the cheap and convenient way to get to/from the airport), Space Needle, waterfront and the Market.

9. It was clean and it was clear that the furniture had all been updated, although things like carpets, drapes and the A/C still need those updates (I have a feeling they are coming though - the place was nice apart from those items).
