3. A convenient location with quiet rooms but with the above listed cons and a almost useless work out room, save your money and go next door to the holiday inn which we felt is in much better shape and a few bucks cheaper.

4. You do have to pay $10/day parking, however, anywhere you go in Seattle you have to pay for parking and it's approximately $6 for 0 - 30 minutes, so you're better off to park at the hotel and walk or take transit whenever possible.

5. The 2 queen bed room doesn't have a view, but is quieter and has better/newer beds.

6. The room is a studio size so its good for short stays only, it would have been useful to hav a mini fridge and maybe a basin for the bathroom would have been better.

10. If you want to be near the space needle, you're better off staying some place west of Aurora Avenue, although I always recommend staying in the central part of downtown because it's easier as far as transportation, and there's more to see in that area.
