1. I've been staying only at Starwood hotels since 2000 & the staff at this hotel was one of the best I have ever had.

2. If I could find one fault i would say it's certainly not the best W bar I have ever been too (its on the ground floor and seems to be lacking a little bit of atmosphere) but would certainly stay here again when I'm next in town.
