5. We came a long the Best Western a 5 minute walk to the water at $100 for the evening which included free wifi and a great continental breakfast.

9. Until September 2012, bus rides within the city centre are free, so walk up to 3rd Ave, take a free bus to Macy's, then walk a block inland to Westlake Centre for the monorail to the Needle.
