2. The night I was there it was fried chicken (big, moist, and hot pieces), mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, salad bar with what appeared to be fresh-cut romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, nuts, parmesan cheese, etc, and really good variety of cookies.
