1. Hotel Vintage Park may be part of a large hotel group, but you are indeed treated in a very personal fashion from the valets, front desk personnel, to housekeeping, you are well taken care of.

10. On our third night we rearranged our reservations to accommodate another couple staying in the hotel, and the GM Sandy took good care of us in our new digs - supplying fresh flowers and an ensuring an overall positive experience in what could have been a very challenging situation.
