4. This hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the new QFC at the Seattle Center, a block from Caffe Vita, and less than a mile from all the fun Lower Queen Anne goodness.

5. Also down the street from the hotel is the Duck Tour (which is ok and fun for kids) and the Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum.
