6. Although we were not in an area where the shuttle normally picks up, the hotel manager made an exception and had the shuttle pick us up.

7. The location kind of sucked, except that it was a quick shuttle-ride/drive into downtown and it was a short walk to Dukes Chowder House (fantastic food, good service, kid-friendly) along a pretty little boardwalk.

8. Family with children will be disappointed that there is no kids channel except PBS in the morning but other than that good selection of channels .

9. Initially we were given a lower floor location, but on request we were moved to the top floor with an exceptional view of the lake and the Space Needle.
