1. If you are visiting the University, I can't think of a better location.

2. The continental breakfast was better than most, actually having protein (hard boiled eggs and yogurt) as well as coffee, tea, cereal, bagels, pastries and juice.

3. shuttle to downtown is very convenient but it is better to make the reservation early.

4. The hotel has a free shuttle service connecting you to both downtown and Seattle center every hour, although it is better to book your place in the shuttle in advance or you risk to have to wait for 1 hour.

7. By all means, stay at the Watertown if at all possible -- same price, much better service and style, new rooms and decor, great breakfast area.

9. The continental breakfast was fine, better (more options) if you actually go downstairs rather than fill out the form for them to deliver it to your door in the morning.

10. I've never encountered a better value than University Inn and recommend it without reservation to all who are looking for reasonably priced accomodations in Seattle.
