6. As a Marriott property, which prides itself on brand consistency throughout the world, the beds were terribly soft and very uncomfortable, which was very disappointing and inconsistent with the promise of a good bed in most other Marriott properties I've stayed at throughout the world.

8. When we got to the room, we saw that it was facing an exterior sidewalk at almost street level, had not been completely cleaned, and worst, the mattress of the bed was very uneven, and overly soft.
