4. The staff was extremely helpful - the woman at the front desk even made sure she checked me in to my flight - so I didn't have to do it - had the boarding pass printed and sent it up to my room.

8. The room was very nice and the front desk helpful, but there were guests who made a lot of noise and apparently the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything.
