1. however, the morning check out guy was extremely friendly and addressed my concerns and told me to feel free to call and talk to manager about them and he put them in my reservation notes.

2. I did feel bad however, because I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings and the staff was very friendly and accomodating even when I complained, But there was nothing they could do, the hotel just wasn't up to my standards, although they did try to help.
