1. Later, after we left the hotel, I did get a nice telephone call and an apology from the General Manager.

2. Yes, The Kauai Palms is located in the perfect area of Lihue, the prices are reasonable and three of the employees that I met, especially Danielle?, were delightful; but one of the employees who I believe may be the manager(?) was not very nice to us upon check in.

4. There was a patio table right outside our door so we walked down the alley to Hamura's and got take out and enjoyed a nice quiet, relaxing dinner on our patio.

6. It was very comfortable, the staff was very nice, they had a computer to use in the lobby for free and the room came with complimentary breakfast in the morning.

10. Corrina is the GM at that place she was very nice too and showed us the best things to do on kauai and showed us even some hidden trails.
