2. In all fairness, we did attend the timeshare sales pitch and they were not overly aggressive in pressuring us to buy another timeshare.

3. The concierge offered us an 'owners' update' (which means they try to get you to buy more Shell points) which we politely declined and there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell to get us to do it.

There was also laundry (one load worth of detergent provided), two full bathrooms (great shower pressure - first time encountering this in Hawaii), living room w/flat panel TV and DVD player, master bedroom with another flat panel and stereo system and king bed, second bedroom with two twin beds and yet another TV, and a large balcony that had both garden view and a little bit (from afar) of the ocean.
