4. When confronted about the absents of ironing boards, warm water, a knob for my bathroom sink (yes, it was actually missing a knob) and a bathroom toilet that shook like a mechanical bull when you tried to use it, again, his answer is 'I don't care'.

5. Clearly, the hotel and plenty of warning about this but, after meeting the owner, I now realize that he could have cared less about his customers when it came to warning them of the terrible inconvenience to the hotel guest.
