1. While this establishment does not get good reviews on this forum, we were surprised at how much we enjoyed the food and it is SO close to the hotel, which made it very convenient for us when we were either too tired to walk further, or it was too late to order elsewhere.

4. I don't know what's with the negative reviews, this is an old building with 'Old New Orleans Charm' and the convenience of being located within walking distance or trolley ride of a week plus of activities.
