5. The biggest con is that the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are sorely in need of a good cleaning, or better yet remodeling.

6. Long story short, we basically asked for a refund of the remaining deposit, were refused and left for a much better condo about half a mile closer to Kona and much better, quieter, cleaner, and secure.
