Two large bathrooms, comfortable beds, well equipeed kitchens, washer/dryer in every unit, large lanai with table & 6 chairs for dining plus loungers, flat screen TVs (except in 2nd bedroom), central air, plenty of towels as well as beach towels, and a view of the ocean (resort is not on the ocean, but across the street and many units have a partial view of the ocean).

8. There was no water or coffee only a room with a TV in which to wait, and as the check out is 11am sharp no exceptions I found this a very unfriendly policy.
