4. On Mother's Day, they had a 'breakfast in bed' promotion going on where kids could help make Mom's breakfast - complete with flowers and all.

7. Really friendly helpful staff (I stay in a lot of hotels and the staff here were quite a bit more friendly than most hotels, what a great team they have running this place, one of the most friendly places I have stayed in).

10. Maybe flags on the chairs would help let the sevice staff know that a person is ready to order or put the menu on ipads so that people can place their order whenever they feel like it.
