1. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional (she was hispanic, short, black curly hair in a ponytail & glasses I wish I can remember her name to give her kudos because she was a nice receptionist.

4. Receptionists are super nice and allow you to use beach towels and to leave your luggage in the lobby for as long as you want before check-in and after check-out.
