ally friendly, rooms are clean although smallish, but as i said, this is very expensive for what it is- and its no Mandarin Oriental HK.

The lady was apparently their old client and a
generous
tipper, so both her therapist and Brandie were super friendly with her, talking to her only and laughing.

Although, our room type was booked by Amex, we were not sure if we were upgraded and the hotel was very
generous
in granting our room upgrade even when we were told the room is not upgradable.
