1. Its well situated, staff are generally friendly, rooms are clean although smallish, but as i said, this is very expensive for what it is- and its no Mandarin Oriental HK.

5. Although, our room type was booked by Amex, we were not sure if we were upgraded and the hotel was very generous in granting our room upgrade even when we were told the room is not upgradable.
