My family and I stay here in December (27-1 Jan 1) the best thing about this hotel its the Location, a walking distance to all downtown attractions ( the gateway mall temple square, state capitol, etc) Good size rooms, spacious and comfortable, bad maid service, average staff not what we expected for a Hyatt brand.

7. The room is a little on the small side (not much space to put your luggage due to the very small closet, and the bathroom set up is not the best I've seen), but the modern decor, HUGE TV and nice sitting area make up for it in my opinion.
