1. On each visit, the front desk staff was very courteous, provided a quick check in/check out process, and even provided me with a 'welcome gift Bag'.

5. There was nothing at all that made it a resort - no ice machine on our floor, charged to use their computer in the computer room, no spa, and they raise your hopes when they send you after check in across the lobby for your welcome kit which is only a ploy to get you to check out a timeshare and buy tickets for Disney - very misleading.

6. When we checked in, I was told to take a coupon to "Guest Services" to receive a "welcome Packet," which was a magazine about the area and a pitch about their timeshare resort they wanted us to preview, which did not sit well with me.

8. We were asked to go to the welcome center when we finished at the front desk and were given a line about 3 for the price of one at Pirates Dinner theatre.
