1. We brought this to the attention of customer service, their only response was for us to take the bus back to the hotel or change hotels if they could find us a room but we would have to pay the added cost.

5. After almost 2 hours, and the hotel refusing accept responsibility for the booking saying it was the travel agents fault (I booked telephonically using the number on Disney's webpage), our family of 5 squashed up for night in a single room.

I waited all week for some type of response from the hotel or management and went to the desk on checkout day and the general manager had no idea what I was talking about even though, my son spent his first and second day dealing with reports (police, insurance, etc) and yet not a word from the hotel.
