1. Now, we were doing some serious park hopping around the world, so we weren't at the resort hardly at all, except to sleep and to change.

4. On the concierge floor at the Wilderness Lodge Resort (we use the term resort loosely and believe at this point it should be removed from all descriptions except for the cost) it would appear that most of your guests believe this to be a dinner plan.

5. The rooms are starting to show their age, the tiny bathroom started to become bothersome, the mattresses were not very comfortable and, with the exception of a couple staff members, the concierge staff on the club level were not terribly friendly.

7. the roaring forks quick service provided better food then most of our sit down restaurants (except for our favorite ohana cafe in the Polynesian) we had a courtyard room upgraded after issues with our first assignment.

8. We came to the conclusion that it is a very nice hotel and all the staff are lovely, except those on reception and they continued to the end to have long faces and to be totally unhelpful.

9. The trip to the parks was slowed by other stops to Grand Floridian or Fort Wilderness but the return service was direct except for return from AK stopped by Blizzard Beach.
