1. Waited awhile for the bell man to bring our bags up, and even at check in, they called, it seemed efficient, but after about 45 minutes, I called the bell desk and our bags were promptly brought up, the bell man was knowledgable and made sure that we were up to date on all amenities and findings in the room and resort.
