8. The downside is that it runs on a fixed schedule so you usually have to time yourself to its schedule, though it will help you out on other occasions if the valet staff are available.

The 2 persons I saw the most of and found to be extremely helpful and pleasant were called Jackie and Mandy - expect to be always greeted with a smile and warm welcome whenever you see them around :-)It is also within good range of downtown and the huge shopping mall Galleria, as well as plenty of places to eat.
