3. The woman at the front desk was pretty busy, as the phone kept ringing non stop, but she was so nice to answer our questions about local restaurants (not very many), and her southern hospitality came out with every word.

6. Room was fine, location was fine, however the next day after we checked out and got to our destination of Gatlinburg and checked into a hotel for 65 dollars ( just as nice ) we found out that Microtell had charged our credit card for 14 dollars extra.
