5. Staff was rude when I checked in, rude when I requested the complimentary DVD's rentals they said they had- but didn't, no help to my fiance when he tried find out where the closest ATM was, rude when I could not find the hair dryer, rude when we tried to use the free Drink tickets They gave us for something other than beer- Just Rude.
