1. The hotel is not new but had a nice indoor pool to rest in after a long day of sight seeings.

2. The hotel is in the middle of the ghetto, when I would come back to my room after waiting for the complementary shuttle that was supposed to come pick up every hour on the hour from the new Carollton train station, that never showed even when I called the hotel.

4. Perhaps the biggest issue for me is its distance from DC--it's about a 10 minute cab ride from new Carrollton (the last stop on the Orange Line--25 minutes from downtown) and the hotel shuttle stops running pretty early (8pm on weeknights, 9pm on weekends).
