8. I thought all staff I had dealings with were very pleasant except for 1 waitress in particular during breakfast who took my drink order twice and seemed flustered because I asked for chocolate milk and both times didn't bring it out.

9. Front Desk Agent Austin drove us to the airport Sunday when we left and he was just one of the nicest people along with Jay and Marcus who ran the Courtesy van were exceptional .
